Is my payment information secure?
Payments for BrainNook Premium Memberships are handled directly on the PayPal website, where your information is securely encrypted before being transmitted over the Internet. We do not receive or store any of your financial information.
What is your refund policy?
BrainNook Premium Memberships are non-refundable.
How soon does my membership take effect?
Memberships are activated as soon as your payment is received. This is typically within a few minutes of making your payment on the PayPal website. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your payment and activated your membership.
Can I transfer my membership?
Memberships are non-transferable.
How can I change my membership period (for example, change from a 6-month subscription to a 12-month subscription?)
You cannot change the period of your membership while it is active. You can cancel your membership and then buy a new membership with a different period after it has expired.
For example, if you bought a 1-month membership to BrainNook and would like to switch over to a 6-month membership 15 days into your membership period, you can cancel your existing membership. You will still get the full 1 month of membership that you have paid for. Once that membership has expired, you can purchase a new 6-month membership to BrainNook.
How do I renew my membership?
1-month and 6-month memberships to BrainNook renew automatically, and require no action on your part. 12-month memberships do not renew automatically. To renew a 12-month membership to BrainNook, simply go to the membership page after your membership has expired, and buy a new membership.
How do I change my method of payment?
If you have a PayPal account, you can change your payment information directly on the PayPal website. If you paid by credit card, you will need to cancel your existing membership, and then purchase a new membership with your new payment information once your currently paid-for membership expires.
Will my membership automatically renew?
1-month and 6-month memberships to BrainNook renew automatically. 12-month memberships do not renew automatically.
How can I cancel my membership?

When will my cancellation become effective?
When you cancel your membership, your existing membership will automatically expire at the end of the time you have already paid for. Once your current membership expires, it will not automatically renew.
What happens to items I've unlocked or bought during my membership?
Any items, worlds or games you've unlocked or bought during your membership are still accessible after your membership expires. You will not be able to unlock any new premium items when you are no longer a member.
